Will gold-plated jewelry tarnish or fade?
No. Our rings are 18-carat gold-plated, with 5 microns of gold over a brass base. To enhance their shine, they also feature a 24-carat gold finish, which far exceeds the standards for costume jewellery. They do not tarnish, do not turn the skin green, and come with a 1-year guarantee.
Can I wear it in the shower or in the sea?
Yes, our jewellery is waterproof and can be worn every day: in the shower, at the beach, and whilst exercising. To keep it looking its best for as long as possible, simply avoid direct contact with perfume.
How does engraving work?
Choose a piece of jewellery to be engraved, enter your text (a first name, a date, a sweet message) and select the font. Your jewellery is engraved using a diamond tip in our workshop in France, then dispatched within 48 hours.
What are the delivery times?
Your order is dispatched within 48 hours from our workshop and delivered within 3 to 5 working days in France. Delivery is free on orders of €75 in France or from €150 purchase for international deliveries.
What if the size doesn't fit?
You have 14 days to exchange or return your jewellery. Please check our size guide before ordering to ensure you get it right first time. Only jewellery that has been engraved at your request cannot be returned.
It's a gift: how is the packaging?
Each piece of jewellery arrives in its Joyamada jewellery box with its organic cotton pouch, ready to give as a gift. You don’t need to do a thing.
