Exchanges & Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt to exchange it or request a refund. Please note, however, that engraved jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to make a return or exchange?
It's very simple:
- You must make your return/exchange request by contacting Joyamada's Customer Service via our online Chat or by email at hello@joyamada.com. Remember to provide the name associated with the order, your email address and the number of your order
- After approval of your return request by our Customer Service, you must return the product(s) unworn and in their original packaging to the return address that will be sent to you
We recommend that you return the product(s) by recorded delivery. You can also choose the carrier of your choice, but you will need to ensure that you have tracking and proof of dispatch of the product(s). In case of loss of the parcel, in the case where you cannot bring us the proof of a follow-up of delivery, we will not be held responsible, and will not be able to answer your request for exchange or refund.
The expenses of return remain with the load of the customer.
No return not validated our Customer service could be treated by Joyamada.
Can I request a return or exchange of my order at Atelier de Joyamada?
Items purchased online via the website cannot be dropped off directly at the Atelier for an exchange or refund request. It is compulsory to go through our Customer Service to make your request for exchange or refund.
As part of a product exchange, we issue a credit note of the same amount, which will be available in your online account and can be used on our website for 6 months from its issue date.
What are the conditions for returning an item?
Any returned product must be sent back to Joyamada in its original packaging, in its intact condition and never having been worn.
Any product returned damaged or worn will not be eligible for a refund, it will be returned to you at your expense.
In the event of a request for a total refund of the order, please attach the entire package received, namely the product(s), packaging(s) and goodies if special offer in progress (example: tote bag, cotton pouch, etc.)
You have 14 days, upon receipt of your order, to return the product(s). After this period, we will no longer be able to accept returns, or issue refunds or exchanges.
What are the reimbursement terms for my internet purchase?
Upon receipt of the package at the Workshop, we will, depending on the option specified in your return, issue a credit or a refund no later than fourteen (14) days from receipt of your request. withdrawal.
If you have chosen a credit: we will credit your customer account with a credit for the amount of the returned product, valid for 6 months on www.joyamada.com. This will be non-refundable.
If you have chosen a refund: we will directly recredit the payment method used when placing your order.
