We prepare your order within 48 hours and deliver it by letter to our service provider, La Poste, who will deliver it within 3 to 5 working days.
In the case of the letter tracked at home, the shipping service provider sends you an email with the tracking number of your letter as soon as it is received. The envelope will be deposited by La Poste in your mailbox without signature.

We prepare your order within 48 hours and hand it over to our service provider, Mondial Relay, who will take care of delivery within 3 to 6 working days.
With Mondial Relay delivery to a relay point, the service provider will send you an email with the tracking number for your parcel as soon as it is picked up. As soon as it arrives at the relay point of your choice, you will have 8 clear days to collect your parcel.
The choice of relay point is made after payment, on the order confirmation page.

We prepare your order within 48 hours and deliver it to La Poste which will deliver it within 1 to 3 working days.
In the case of Colissimo home delivery, Colissimo services will send you an email with the tracking number of your package as soon as it is picked up.
For a package delivered to your home, Colissimo does not require a signature.

We prepare your order as a priority within 48 hours and hand it over to La Poste which carries it out within 1 working day, for delivery before 6:00 p.m.
In the case of Chronopost delivered to your home or to a relay point, Chronopost services will send you an email with the tracking number of your package as soon as it is picked up.
For a Chronopost delivered to one of the available Chronopost relay points (retailer or post office), we will charge €15 per parcel andChronopost will give you your package against signature and/or presentation of an identity document
