In my family, jewellery-making wasn’t just a trade. It was a language.
My father’s language—a craftsman and jeweller who shaped gold with his hands as others tell stories. My mother’s language—a beader for fine jewellery who transformed every strand into something precious.
I grew up surrounded by that magic — the sound of tools, the sparkle of stones, the smell of hot metal. And that magic has never really left me.
Joyamada was born one morning in 2021
The Birth of Joyamada
After years working in marketing and communications for major luxury brands, I felt something was missing. Not the prestige — the joy.
So I followed my passion. And Joyamada was born. A name entirely made up, but a very real promise: jewellery that celebrates love, friendship, and life’s moments both big and small.
Beautiful, accessible pieces, designed to be worn but also passed on.
Today, Joyamada is a passionate team, a bustling workshop, and a community of women (and men!) who wear our jewellery with pride.
