Personal information provided to Joyamada

Your data is kept encrypted by our payment service providers and Joyamada does not have access to it at any time. Your bank details are only processed within the framework of the data processing policy of the aforementioned payment service providers. This enables you to carry out transactions, make payments or receive refunds.
We are also committed to protecting you against fraud, in the event that fraud is detected by our payment service providers.

Your communication history with us
We keep a record of our telephone calls and messages so that we can interact with you, serve you better and provide you with solutions. This is also used for training purposes for our teams, in a completely anonymous way.

Your purchase or wishlist history
We keep this information solely to improve your customer experience with Joyamada®. This enables us to suggest products to you, to help you with their purchase or return, to find out what other customers have liked and even to inform you when a product is back in stock.
